TweePorter Terms of Use

TweePorter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the source material you submit and for confirming that you may use exported material on your chosen platform.

Payments and credits

Payments and account credits are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Any discretionary account credits are non-transferable, non-cash, and do not create a right to future credits or refunds.

Availability and taxes

TweePorter is initially offered in Canada only. Applicable Canadian taxes may be charged where required by law. Availability elsewhere may be reviewed following a submitted request.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from their posted effective date. Where required by law, notice of material changes and applicable cancellation rights will be provided.
